Dimplex Fireplace/Media Console
I moved last year and wanted to add a dimplex unit to my living room. Thanks to Toronto Comfort Zone my dream came true.
Like so many people these days I was able to do all my research and decide exactly what I wanted online. However the "challenges" of ordering online made me realize that my needs would be much better served by finding a local retailer. Easier said than done... and I was really disappointed with the first few stores I called because they were charging significantly more for the unit that 4 online websites that deliver in Toronto.
Ultimately I called the Dimplex head office and they referred me to Toronto Comfort Zone. I called Sonny and then went to visit his beautiful shop. He offered me a competitive price and also answered all of my questions regarding assembly and installation. I am so glad we connected. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for this type of product. Ticked all the boxes.... excellent customer service AND competitive pricing. Very glad I was able to support this local businessman.
