Dan is excellent. I have used Air Leaders for a few minor issues since moving into a new home. Aside from always quickly resolving these issues, Dan is thoughtful, responsive and easy to deal with. Dan is happy to explain issues and has helped me to understand more about my home's systems. He responds to messages quickly and showed up within a few hours recently when my AC unit stopped working.
