Our furnace broke down during one of the coldest days this winter. Dan came over and explained all the options we had and the cost of each letting us to decide. No sales speech and no pressure. We decided to replace the furnace and despite being relatively late in the day it was fully installed the same day. He kept us informed at each step of the process and when the installers will come. His crew arrived on time and were very professional and finished the job despite being late and left the working place clean. It was a great experience.
