I think it's safe to say Geoff is Edmonton's very own Holmes on Homes without all the hollywood flair!
Very professional, very courteous, and very thorough. He answered a lot of questions, even the dumb obvious ones, and took the time to show us exactly what he saw.
His report was very easy to read through without a lot of industry jargon, pictures were included of problem areas to remind us what he'd shown us.
He gave several tips on how to repair minor things, and offered recommendations on professional services where he felt it was above your average DIY abilities.
I would use Geoff again in a heart beat! I'm very glad we found him!
