My Wife and I were in the final process of purchasing a home and being in the industry, we knew how important homestars was/is to finding the right contractor. We found Geoff on homestars and followed through with an inspection as he came highly recommended based on his reviews. With that, we were not disappointed at all! He was on time for his inspection and gave us a thorough and in depth report. He spent time answering questions through out his walk through and had the final report to us 1am the same day, no joke. every aspect of his report was detailed and left no room for uncertanty. We would definitely recommend Geoff and his expertise to anyone!
