Geoff was fantastic! As first time home buyers, we didn't know much about the process of a home inspection; Geoff arrived on time, ready to begin the inspection, he was very friendly and professional, able to perform the inspection only a day after I called! We received an easy to read, detailed report in less than 24 hours, specifically outlining all of the issues and recommended repairs! The price he quoted me on the phone was exactly what he charged at the end of the inspection and we are very happy with his honesty!
