Geoff was on site for six hours and did an extensive inspection of all aspects of the home. From the heating system to door latches- he left no stone unturned. A 92 fully detailed report followed the next day.
This inspection allowed us to see things from a buyers perspective and gave us time to address details that we had overlooked but have now corrected so that when the property gets listed; it checks the buyers boxes and adds comfort in knowing they can make a decision without them having to spend their own money if they wish. Being a Bauemlar approved supplier was the deciding factor of who to choose to perform this service.
