Full Basement Reno /w Powder Room
I was very pleased with the Penguin Basement on site team. They were extremely organized and efficient. Initially, we thought our basement reno would take between 4-6 weeks but start to finish they were in and out in three!
The design centre could have been more organized. The selections for some of the finishes were very limited (carpet choices, tile and stone). We are having to outsource some of the finishes and work on our own.
All of the site managers where amazing and a pleasure to deal with. Claudio was the best! He made sure we were happy with all of our finishes before he left the job site.
I would definitely recommend working with this company for any basement reno.

We appreciate the honest and positive review. Our design centre is currently challenged by space limitations, as we've grown this year, more room has been dedicated to staff and less to the decor centre. We are in the process of looking for larger space, likely for a move at some point next year which will allow for a larger and more comprehensive design centre to feature front and centre in the new space.
