Within minutes, I had an email explaining the process, including photos and written guarantee. Specialists Ryan and Spiros arrived on time and were highly professional and knowledgeable - explaining the procedure every step of the way. Courteous and fast working, they had that old, beaten up tub gleaming in a matter of a few hours - looking better than brand new, with the deluxe package that has 6 coats of finish! Came back two days later and buffed it to a brilliant shine. Excellent alternative to the hassle and expense of tearing out the entire tub and tiles!
