Bryce was on time and immediately started the inspection, he encouraged open dialogue and questions throughout the process and made us feel very comfortable in the process. His knowledge and open communication educated us on things to look for in our home moving forward.
Bryce was very thorough and paid attention to little details that the average home owner wouldn't know to look for. His use of equipment (moisture meter, thermal imaging camera) gave us an indication of some areas that are blind to the naked eye and allowed us to know some of the other things going on with the home.
