Bryce was very knowledgeable and thorough during the inspection. I asked a lot of questions & he patiently answered them. I was looking to purchase a rental property. A duplex. Thanks to Bryce I was able to make a well informed decision. I decided to walk away from the property. Best $420 I have spent! I will definitely use Bryce again when I find the next property. The email report offers great detail with pictures. The thermal scan included was an added bonus. Thank you.
