We used Bryce for 3 different home inspections this summer and he was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and in a way I could understand. The report had a lot of detail and pictures showing what he found. It gives a lot of info on what needs worked on and when. We felt very confident that we knew exactly what we were buying. He was on time and available for when we needed him. We were able to call him after to ask questions and he even worked with our real estate to provide info requested by the home owners. The price was very reasonable which was important to us since it turned out we needed to work with him a few times. I would highly recommend him to anyone that asks.
