Bryce came out to our house to perform a full inspection, post purchase. He was incredibly thorough and very welcoming when answering (numerous!) queries and walked us through all of the key findings that we needed to be aware of. We have now used his report to address a number of issues with the house and are SO happy that we did! Definitely worth it for the peace of mind that there were no issues lurking in the house!
