From making the appointment to end of installation, Preferred Plumbing deserves it's name for us. Raphie and his staff are personable, competent and make the effort to please. Once on site they were patient, transparent, and considered necessity, and price points. Our sincere thanks to Raphie, Mario, Nick and Sandra.

Raphie and his team arrived on time and quickly identified the source of my leak. They repaired my cracked toilet flanged, replaced my outdated toilet with a modern high-efficiency toilet and removed my bidet which had not been used for quite sometime. Furthermore, Raphie tightened the tank on one of my other toilets as a courtesy. I felt informed throughout the entire process and their work exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Although I was wary about having service people in our home during Covid, I trusted that PPS would go above and beyond as they always do. Mario and Dominic, did a wonderful job in every way. They arrived masked and gloved, had disinfectant spray with them and cleaned everything up immaculately before they left. On our part, we made sure that they would be as safe as possible also. We put plastic on the counters, had wipes, garbage bags, paper towels (all of which they had) ready for them on the counter and communicated via phone while they were here. And of course, they did an excellent plumbing job. We send a big thank you to Mario and Dominic and to the whole PPS team!

Had an ongoing issue with noise from a toilet and sink and temperature control issues. Problem was diagnosed almost immediately and three separate options for repair were presented in writing. Problem was explained clearly and in plain language as a bigger underlying issue that had caused multiple other problems over the years. Able to fix the whole issue on the same day. Courteous and respectful employees, no pressure tactics, problem is completely solved, and work is guaranteed. Highly highly recommend.

We had water marks on our ceiling. Raffi and team found the problem in a professional assessment. Their work is tidy and thorough.

After using Preferred Plumbing in the past, called them to have 1 toilet installed and 1 repaired. They arrived on time and fully explained options for repair or replace. They answered all questions and explained the work they would do. We chose to replace 2. We supplied 1 and they supplied the second from their well-stocked truck. The work was completed in a few hours. They cleaned up their work areas, made sure everything was working properly and then rechecked their work before leaving. They disposed of the old toilets which was also appreciated. Would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
