Raphie and his team arrived on time and quickly identified the source of my leak. They repaired my cracked toilet flanged, replaced my outdated toilet with a modern high-efficiency toilet and removed my bidet which had not been used for quite sometime. Furthermore, Raphie tightened the tank on one of my other toilets as a courtesy. I felt informed throughout the entire process and their work exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Roman showed up on time and did what he said he would do. I called him with an issue with the thumb lever to my front door and he was at my house promptly first thing the following morning. I have used his services multiple times and am always impressed with his work. Great job, happy customer. I'm very pleased!

Pavel showed up on time and did what he said he would do. He worked with an apprentice and they made a great team. He even fixed my dripping bathtub faucet for nothing! I have a 30 year old faucet and Pavel went the extra mile to find the obsolete part so I didn't have to change the entire faucet and break the tile on the wall. That was really appreciated. He saved me money. Great job, happy customer. I'm very pleased!
