Raphie is awesome to work with. It's not too often that you meet someone that is not only willing to quote you on the job but is also willing to spend the time to educate and make recommendations.
The other thing that I enjoy about Raphie is that prepared a very clear scope of work and uses technology to easily facilitate the booking and scheduling process. We had other plumbers come and quote but Raphie immediately stood out from the rest.
My wife and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
