I was very satisfied with my home inspection. Michael was very thorough and eager to talk about all aspects of the house, issue or not. The home inspection lasted approximately 3 hours for 2400 ft2.
The end product was an 84 page report, within an hour of the inspection, complete with pictures of the property, issues, and diagrams of why it is a problem and what needs to be done to remedy the issues.
We were able to use the findings from the inspection to have the seller correct issues prior to our purchase.
