I asked Michael to get an inspection done on a house I wanted to buy. He went through everything and treated me with respect throughout the whole experience. He explained everything in a way I would understand.
His attention to detail and professionalism is above average and I trust his knowledge. Michael also has proper tools and is able to find drafts and water leaks with his equipment when it's impossible to see with normal vision.
He made an impression so I used him again to inspect a different property.
