Now that my wife and I have been in the house for several months we started noticing things that were not in the report. At first it was small things like dripping pipes which I understand are minor. Jeff, I am sorry but I cannot find a record of Jeff in Milton to look at your report, however, if you look in your report you will see in the limitations for heating that we cannot access the heat exchange unit to see if there is any rust or cracks. Depending on the age of the unit we will often recommend the heat exchange unit be scoped by a licensed technician but I don't know which report yours is so I cannot see that. As for the vent pipe each and every vent is always carefully checked for cracks, splits, broken joints and backdrafting due to the carbon monoxide issues that can arise from these. This is part of the process for any water heater and furnace in the home.
