Mr. Mischke inspected a condo unit we had a conditional offer on; He did an amazing job ensuring the plumbing and electrical equipment was in working order. The thermal detector he used was also able to detect an active water leak which would have been hard to spot otherwise. Moreover he was entertained the plethora of silly questions we had for him about how various electronics work.
I'd recommend him to anyone.
