We hired Michael for a home inspection prior to closing on a house in Whitby.
Michael was very professional and informative. During the inspection, he provided us with tips and insights on maintaining various parts of the home.
He was very thorough in the inspection. And as a result,he uncovered two major issues that were a concern for us. We ended up walking away from the deal.
The cost of the inspection was totally worth it, a the repairs would have been around 20K plus.

Cedric, it was a pleasure meeting you and your wife at the inspection. It is never a pleasure having to tell people that the home they love and want to buy has some big issues. That, however, is my job. Find it and report it so you can decide how to proceed. In your case those were two big issues and very expensive. Because of the expense of the repairs that would be required you do qualify for the half price inspection for your next home. Just my way of saying sorry the first one didn't work out.
