I am very pleased with the home inspection service that Steve Blayney provided for us on a house that we are about to purchase. He was punctual, friendly, helpful, thorough and detail oriented. Steve looked through every single things in the house. He even checked the conditions of the stoves and fridges which I did not imagine that one would pay attention to. Although on the contract agreement, the infrared thermal testing and mold inspection (on the surface only) were not included, Steve took the extra effort to do those for us at no extra cost. His report is easy to read, easy to understand, with clear instructions of what to do to and when we should do to improve the situations/conditions. I am very happy that I found 4 Sight Inspections Inc. through a friend of mine. I strongly recommend this company to everyone since they provide excellent detailed service for a very reasonable cost.

Let me clarify our infrared services, as per our web site, it is provided in all our inspections at no additional cost. Our agreement does talk about environmental concerns such as molds and asbestos, identifying these substances are outside of our expertise and should always be performed my a Mold and Asbestos Inspector trained in this specialized field. Anytime we see discolouration or substance that looks like or has characteristics of mold we report its as being possible or suspect mold. We are not environmental specialists.
