Knowledge, professional and thorough is what I expect in a home inspector, Michael did not just meet these expectations but exceeded them. He has a tremendous about of knowledge and experience related to all areas of a house. He takes the time to explain any issues or concerns. The report came within an hour and was very thorough including photos and descriptions of what should be done to address the issues found.
