Professionally performed home inspection
My experience with Steve and his colleague from 4Sight was great. The inspection was thorough and comprehensive. The infra-red device 4Sight provided was eye opening, and that demonstrated clearly the situation of insulation that was behind dry wall, compared to the previous inpector I had who gave me a report saying 90% of wall was covered by dry wall that without opening it up it was impossible to know the situation behind it. Beside all this, I am impressed by the detail of his report, it will take me a while to grasp all but it works as a a good guide for the renovation plan.
