We had put in a conditional offer on an older home and called Michael to to a pre-purchase home inspection. His professionals was matched only by his knowledge of the house and all associated systems that service the home. He was thorough, informative, polite, exceptionally professional and helpful. Never made me feel uninformed for not knowing about the building trade and took the time to point things out to me in a way that was helpful and informative. Michael allowed (and encouraged ) me to accompany him on the inspection so he could show me things as they came up rather than load everything on the summary report at the end without showing me what it is and discussing how to address the issue and when it should be addressed. the report was magnificent.
