I was very pleased with Michaels thoroughl investigation of the property. I have never experienced a home inspector care and professionalism. I was very skeptical of other inspectors I have used in the past and thought this was going to be at the most an hour. Thank you Vishnu. An hour long inspection? It takes me about 1.5 to 2 hours just to inspect the exterior and basement as these are the most critical areas.
