We found Michael based on reviews on HomeStars.com and we weren't disappointed - even our real estate agent was impressed with how detailed and thorough he was with everything - from the roof down to the basement and from the exterior structure to the appliances inside - and he was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with on the phone and in person. He was also very patient and took the time to address our questions and concerns. The inspection report was not a checklist and was educational and informative.
