The property I purchased is relatively old, so I had a lot of questions and concerns. Michael addressed every single one of them! His inspection was very thorough and professional. He found out a bunch of problems that I was not aware of initially. Out of the many issues he identified, the most important one was a double tapped electrical panel. If the problem wasn't pointed out by Michael and raised to the previous owner, I could've easily bought a house prone to fire hazards.
The inspection report he wrote for me is a very detailed summary of all the problems he found during the inspection. In fact, it is so valuable that I'm using it as my renovation list!
Moreover, he followed up with me prior to closing. His insight on several last minutes questions I had was very helpful! I'm hoping to work with him again in my future purchases.
