Michael just inspected a house for us yesterday (Sunday evening) and he emailed his report within an hour of finishing the inspection. We were extremely happy with his service and grateful to have found out about the issues.
Michael was able to do his inspection on a very-very short notice. He was truly professional, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions as we went along with him. He got on the roof and identified major problems that would not have been visible with binoculars from the ground. He pointed out both good and bad, including comments on prior repairs. He spent more than 3 hours and did not rush through. Thank you Michael!
