Good service, honesty and respect. The team completed the job in 2 days and were efficient. Very friendly. Cleaning was done for most of the job after they were done but when windows on the 2nd level were required, some caulking was on the porch interlocking and on a newly painted deck. They broke my backyard gate but fixed it. Required coaching for replacing some rotted wood as they did not notice in some occasions. Helpful in putting up temporary newspaper covering the windows during the 2 day installation. I had to replace the weatherstripping on the sides of the garage door after the professional capping was done which should have been taken care of since it was a professional installation. The windows have helped maintain heat in the house which I was previously losing due to rotted wood frames. The Low E2 vinyl windows have a nice design and lock but looked different from what the sales individual Gleb had shown.
