Optima Windows and Doors

This was the most professional experience we have ever had. The project was well organized and methodical. The only preparation we had to do was to move any furniture away from the windows, they did the rest. The clean up was continual as each window was installed, thus no clean up on our part. The weather did not co-operate, however, they kept on going until the rain was too much. Instead of rushing to finish, we were asked if it would be alright to finish the next day, something I really appreciated. There were also a couple of repairs that could have just been covered up, but they were pointed out and fixed without hesitation. They answered all our questions and we had a few laughs too! I would recommend Optima Home Improvements to anyone. The windows and front door are stunning and several of my neighbors have come by to comment. We couldn't be happier, thank you so much!
