Our furnace wasn't working and we were baffled on what the issue could be. With my MIL at home and the temperature dropping we were running out of options. We called Leroy and he knew within a minute what the issue was and told us upfront about his reasonable fee.
I would recommend his services to anyone with heating/cooling issues - he is very knowledgable! He is definitely our go-to person hereon.
