Roughly 4 years ago we had Green Side Up rip out our old fence and build us and our neighbours a new fence. One of the main posts due weather had shifted slightly making the gate difficult to open and close.
I reached out to Green Side Up to see if they could address the issue. They had someone put to help as soon as the snow cleared. They fixed the gate and come payment time stated it was a complimentary service. The price with the review is the one I paid 4 years ago.
They really stand behind their product. Even 4 years after the work. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

What happened here is the double door gate post, dried up over time and as it was drying the post twisted. This will sometimes happen, depending on how wet the lumber is.
