Ideal Custom Carpentry

Purchased a new home and need some work done, from electrical, water proofing a basement and exterior excavating. Found this guy from a friend who had previous work done.

Started going through the home to locate my problem areas and created a time plan. First got my electrical done, in 3 days from Knob and Tube to copper. Then started outside to excavate the front lawn to create a proper slope away from the foundation corners. This lasted 2 days. Lastly the basement was waterproofed and a sub-floor placed with framing done to start the walls on my own.

Very efficient, little messy but workable. I helped alongside to reduce the cost of many many labour hours.
