I wanted a property inspected before concluding my purchase. Michael Rodney came in with his tools and do his thing. He had all the right tools, explained what he wanted to do before he started and then walked me through it as he continued. he was very detailed and did a fantastic job

Condo Inspection for Purchase

Michael Rodney was hired to do an inspection of a condo I recently purchased. He was very thorough and was very forthcoming with any questions I had . He explained what he was looking for and how everything worked. A full report was sent to me indicating the overall condition of the unit along with pictures of areas I had concerns with. I am very satisfied with his service and would recommend him to anyone who may need his expertise.

We are first-time homebuyers, and we were referred to Qualitex. Thankfully! Mr. Rodney, the inspector who did the work, was very informative and thorough. He was focused and actually checked every nook and cranny of the place. We were very pleased with his work and glad that he actually did check everything, including the roof!
He also sent a full report with pictures. Very nice!
