Durham Plumbing

I had been experiencing a "banging" noise coming from behind 2 shower/tub surrounds whenever the taps were turned off. The noise also occurred during laundry and dishwasher use. Thinking it was a loose pipe, I was reluctant to have a plumber come in to diagnosis and repair as I knew it would be costly. Dave, at Durham Plumbing, was recommended to me by a very good friend. Upon entering my home, Dave was very pleasant, enthusiastic, and displayed a strong work ethic. After doing some investigating, it didn't take him long to figure out that it was a Delta tub/shower cartridge that needed replacing. Since he only had one cartridge on hand, and both needed to be replaced, he informed me that he would be back in a couple of days to replace the second one. To my surprise, he was back the very next evening (after leaving another job he was at all day) and replaced the second cartridge. A few days later Dave phoned to make sure that everything was still ok. It's obvious that Durham Plumbing stands behind their work. I was very pleased with the reasonable rates and fast, efficient service from Dave. Thanks Dave at Durham Plumbing!!
