We had purchased a new thermostat, which would allow us the monitor the furnace from off site. For this thermostat to work correctly, we needed a 5 wire connection to the furnace and A/C. Our current installation only had a 4 wire system. I called Fazi Tolmal and described my problem. He agreed to pull the additional wires, install the thermostat and do a general pre season inspection of the furnace.
He arrived punctually, clearly explained what he was doing, and while he does like to talk, worked in a quick efficient manner. Before finishing the job, he ensured that the system was set up and was more than happy to explain any of the available programs in the new thermostat, which was light years ahead of our old thermostat.
We were very pleased with Fazi and would highly recommend him for any furnace work. He was both knowledgeable and efficient. He was far superior to any other furnace service firm that we had used in the past in knowledge, explanation of our problem and his proposed solution and thoroughness.
Also, the Honeywell product was easy to link to our Wi-Fi system.
