Rafi came over to perform some maintenance on my furnace. He was very thorough and explained exactly what he was doing every step of the way.
He was obviously very knowledgeable and I was very confident that all necessary steps were taken to ensure that my furnace would continue to function properly.
I'm very happy with the service that Rafi provided and will definitely be calling him again.
