Overall, Ted did an excellent job trimming our very large hedge. It took him longer than expected, though the hot weather may have been a factor (the job required long hours of standing on top of a ladder in the sun). We had selected him based on the quote he gave, which we thought was very reasonable. However, he billed us for a higher rate than originally quoted.
