It pained me to hear about how you were treated by another contractor. I believe I would've treated you the same either way, but I am sure that your experience motivated me even more to make sure that you were looked after well, even in this small aspect of your home. I'm glad we were able to come up with solutions together that has your home as well protected from rain water as possible.
We believe in taking the time to listen so that we can understand why you have called us there and come up with a commensurate solution that is hopefully as pleasing to the eye as rain gutters and pipes can be.
And for us it was pleasure dealing with such endearing, reasonable and kind people as both of you.
