I just experienced the worst move ever. We were given a quote if that included blankets and an upfront estimation of how things would work to go from Powell River to Comox. However, when we arrived at Storage, they took all the blankets back and put everything in the storage without any protection of the furniture. I had a white couch and on and right on the floor with other furniture toppled on top of it. I am not convinced other things were not damaged. It was really terrible. My husband had to have them take everything out and they were very angry about it. They pressured us to pay with cash even though that wasn’t indicated up front. It was really difficult month for me given that many of my prized possessions were in the move. I would not recommend these movers for anybody. It was an upsetting move
