Jay had called early in the day and said they needed to switch the time from 2 pm to 6 pm. They ended up coming in at 5 pm and I was not ready for them. They were careful not to wear their shoes and brought the large tube into house. I advised them that they could have used basement window. They then proceeded to do all cold and warm returns. They did a decent job and they were kind enough to do fans in 5 bathrooms. They did try to encourage us to buy extra services. I can't comment on those. "Buyer Be Ware".
I think the work was Satisfactory. I wish they would have brought Shop Vac to clean dust on Floors. They were supposed to put Benefect an environmental product but forgot or glossed over it. They said a lot of people don't like it. I do not mind recommending them but it is important to be on top of them. They did do dryer vent etc and also cleaned inside the dryer. Satisfactory.
