I am so happy that I contacted David to do a home inspection. Before I called David, I spoke with several other companies to get a feel of how the inspection would go. David stood out because he was friendly, professional, and down to earth. He didn't need to boast about his credentials or years in business. He knew his stuff and it shows. He was extremely thorough and courteous throughout the process and openly encourages prospective buyers to walk through the inspection with him, which I highly recommend. David took the time to answer my questions even if they were trivial and slowed down the inspection. As a first time home buyer I wanted to make sure I did my due diligence and having David do the inspection was one of the best investments I've ever made. I highly recommend David and will definitely send my friends and family his way in the future.
