He came well prepared with samples and plenty of photos to help us decide the style we’d like to go with. He provided a great deal of insight and provided his quote complete with photos within hours of coming out to meet me. Joe came out a few times after that to go over things with me and confirm measurements. Great attention to detail and truly concerned that my wife and I were happy with the end product. Installation took place yesterday and WOW we couldn’t be happier! The railing just finishes the porch and compliments the natural stone beautifully. The quality is top notch and solid.
