So disappointed that I choose this company. The left my house dirty, didnt even clean up after themselfs. The people took all my blinds. Contact them so many times and get no response. When I ask the reception to talk to manager, she said no they to busy. The screen door is broken. Guess I have to contact the bussness burue maby they will help.

after reviewing your remarks on our dash board and speaking to you on the phone in regards your concerns we come to the following conclusion:
-as for the venting unit on the door you were saying that one part has broken on it .... our installer came to your house to file a report on the job and found that there is a large dog in the house and the dog damaged the door part as well the screen is ripped(we have the pictures to back us up).
- as for the missing blinds we asked you prior to the installation to remove all blinds/window covering from the window but you did not do so. our installer had to remove them by him self and then he asked you what to do with them you said we are getting new once instead .- as for the house being dirty once again that is incorrect we vacuumed all building material after the install and kept your house at the same condition as we started the work .
