Keith the sales rep does not beat around the bush, he tells you in his honest opinion what will work, what will look good and if what you want will not work he will tell you exactly why. I never felt pressured from any sort of upsell on the products or service. Keith is very knowledgeable in this industry and will go through and answer any questions that are brought up and give a detailed description of any issues.

Greg and his install team are very friendly and very quality oriented. I hovered around the job watching to see what and how they were doing, they would stop and answer any questions that I had and explained what and why they were doing what they were doing if I asked. They cleaned up the work area when they were done and did an awesome job with the install.

I liked the fact that the product and the installers are all in-house, and not hired out like the other big window companies guys are. The windows are brought on install day with the installers and not delivered weeks before like some of the other companies out there.

I was very impressed with this company and the quality of the windows that I just ordered replacements for the rest of my house.
