Windows are easy to open, close and lock, and the swing out feature for cleaning is as easy as the sales representative said it would be.

Removed old windows and disposed it. Cleaned and prepared frames for the new windows. Installed and leveled the new windows. Then cleaned the work area. Excellent job Alex. We are very satisfied!

The guys showed up when they promised, they were very tidy, quiet, and did a wonderful job. We were worried about our new carpet getting dirty, but these guys came with indoor shoes to work in! Price was definitely affordable, and we are very impressed with how the new windows look! Winter has hit, and there is no breeze coming in! It's so warm downstairs now! That was to be the true test to see the difference. We will definitely be calling to replace the upstairs windows when the time comes.

Very professional work was performed and our neighbors liked the new appearance the bow window gave to the house. The new trim that was installed on the interior side of the window was very professionally done and looks great. I am strongly considering replacing all of the remaining windows.
