Colm and his partner did an amazing job. They dug down and exposed the brick fireplace and cement foundation and checked for any holes or cracks. Then they applied cement, a tar like substance and then a type of “board” to the whole area (sorry, I don’t remember the technical terms. Then filled the area back and added grading to make sure the slope drained properly. Colm was absolutely great to work with. Extremely polite and such a hard worker. Absolutely exceeded my expectations. You want this man if you’re in the need of waterproofing.
