Had water coming into my basement. Colm came for two inspections and offered several solutions and advice. Some of which included not hiring him at all and trying other home remedies first (grading yard). His knowledge and honesty was appreciated!
In the end we decided to do interior waterproofing with a sump pump.
Throughout the process I found Colm fair, honest and a hard worker. Its clear he cares about his clients, their satisfaction and the work he does. He also worked with me on scheduling and coordination with other trades which was helpful for us.
