Replacement roof mounted ductless double
Accuserve conducted a comprehensive site survey of both the outgoing ductless AC units, and the remainder of the HVAC equipment in the house. They pointed out several equipment issues that were hitherto undisclosed by our previous maintenance provider and listened carefully to our requirements. Their subsequent quote was prompt, complete and competitive. Upon request, they also provided a quote for maintaining the whole house HVAC system. Schedule for removal the outgoing compressor was key so that the old roofing material could be removed and replaced; this was easy to arrange and Accuserve made good on their dates. They also met their schedule commitment for installing the new ductless system. Most impressive of all was the immaculate installation of the exterior and interior units. Accuserve will now maintain all of our HVAC equipment. Highly recommended!

A complete look at the house as a whole system was important to determine any deficiencies as well as providing new equipment. More than happy that everything was scheduled well in advance and made the process smooth and we were able to make our deliveries. Thank you very much for providing parking out front of your house. We know how difficult in can be in Toronto to secure parking especially when there are a bunch of other contractors on the same street all working at the same time.
